Person shall be eligible for membership if he/she meets the following qualifications:

1. Is an employee or ex-employee of PSI, PS Kenya.

2. Is not-less than 18 years of age

3. Has not been convicted of a criminal offence involving fraud or dishonesty.

4. Is not a member of any similar savings and credit co-operatives society during the tenure of his/her membership.

5. Is not directly or indirectly, moneylender or carrying out such activities

6. Does not engage in activities that are detrimental to the objectives of the SACCO.

7. Is of good character and sound mind.
