Membership of the society shall cease with effect from the date of a member's

1. Death

2. Voluntary resignation/ Withdrawal of the member

3. Expulsion from society

4. Becoming certifiably insane

5. Acting contrary to the relevant provision of the act, Rules and By-laws.

6. Being declared bankrupt in a court of law

7. Losing any of the qualifications set out in these By-laws

8. Withdrawing all his deposits 

9. Failure to submit monthly subscription and/ or repayment of loan for a period of three consecutive months.
