1. Applications for all loans EXCEPT emergency loan, instant loan and salary advance should reach the treasurer by the 25th of every month in order for the credit committee to have ample time to appraise the various applications.

2. In case the applicant does not qualify for the loan because of various reasons as per the loaning policy, the credit committee will notify the applicant by the 5th working day of the following month.

Payments of successful applicants should be ready by the 7th day of the following month. However, any delay shall be communicated to the applicant before 7th.
